What is our Tenant Scorecard?

The tenant scorecard is a tool that assesses risk by predicting the likelihood a potential tenant will fulfill their lease. Examples of the criteria used are credit score, eviction data, rent-to-income ratio, payment history, and more. The key is to set the criteria based on your leasing requirements. Each scorecard can be customized based on each unique property type.
